Hall County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Gainesville man following an aggressive driving incident Monday in North Hall.
HALLCOUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE (HCSO) NARRATIVE:
“Deputies responded to the call at approximately 6:20 p.m. on Thompson Bridge Road at Willow Drive. They met with the driver of an SUV, who reported a motorcycle rider was splitting lanes and passing other vehicles illegally. Deputies also met with the motorcycle rider, Michael Superman Debruce, 26, and a witness.
During the preliminary investigation, deputies confirmed Debruce, who was northbound on Thompson Bridge Road, used the center turn lane to pass vehicles illegally on his 2023 Kawasaki EX400. Debruce also made a wide right turn onto another roadway and then suddenly re-entered Thompson Bridge Road, nearly causing a collision with an SUV near Price Road.
Deputies arrested Debruce and cited him for aggressive driving. They transported him to the Hall County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday afternoon on $1,300 bond.”
