HCSO: 20-yr-old busted for selling drugs out of his home

HCSO NARRATIVE:

“Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators, acting on information that Angel Castillo, 20, of Gainesville, was selling marijuana and other narcotics out of his residence on Ridgemont Trace, went to the residence on November 1 to speak with the suspect.

He was not at the residence at the time, but investigators conducted a search of the home since Castillo had a Fourth Amendment waiver from an earlier sentence this year on the same charges. The search uncovered packaging and other paraphernalia used in the distribution of marijuana. Less than two grams of marijuana was recovered during the search.

The investigator was able to contact Castillo by phone to inform him he would be taking arrest warrants the following day. Castillo remained at large until he was pulled over by a Flowery Branch Police Department officer on I-985 near mile marker 11 on Tuesday, Nov. 28…”
