HCPC scheduled to hear requests involving 120 new homes

The Hall County Planning Commision (HCPC) meets Monday and is scheduled to consider three requests involving 120 homes.

The largest of them is for 115 single-family dwellings on 59 acres at Antioch Campground and Looper Lake Roads. The Revive Land Group, LLC, is asking that the property be rezoned from Agricultural Residential III (AR-III) to Planned Residential Development (PRD)

A four-lot single-family development is planned on Christy Lane near Spout Springs Road. The applicants, James and Amanda Edwards, are requesting that their 17-acre tract be rezoned from Residential1 (R-1) to Agricultural Residential III (AR-III).

And Bridge Conner is asking for a variance to reduce the front yard setback for a single-family residence on 1.3 acres on Pemmican Run near Bruce Drive.
