HCPC agenda: More storage facilities, warehouse, housing

The agenda for the Feb. 5 meeting of the Hall County Planning Commission (HCPC) includes new applications storage facilities and warehouses and housing plus another visit from an old one.

The office/warehouse building application involves a three-acre site at the Browns Bridge Road/Ponderosa Drive intersection. The self-storage proposal is for nine acres on Tribble Gap Road near Cornelia Highway.

One of the housing development applications is for a 22-lot single-family development on ten acres on Friendship Road near Maple Valley Drive and the other is for a 10-unit development on a one-acre site on Spring Street near its intersection with Highland Street.

And, for the third time since last fall, planners will be asked to take up plans for a 324-unit housing development on 117 acres at the intersection of J M Turk and Guth Roads. The application has been table at three previous HCPC meetings.
