By a 3-2 vote, the Hall County Commission (HCC) Thursday night rejected a rezoning request that would have cleared the way for a 56-lot single-family subdivision in North Hall.
Kathy Cooper, Billy Powell, and Jeff Stowe cast the “no” votes.
Kent Henderson was requesting that property at Jim Hood and Highland roads be rezoned from Agricultural-Residential (AR-1) and Vacation Cottage (V-C) to Residential-1.
