The agenda for Tuesday’s Hall County Commission (HCC) work session includes items dealing with road resurfacing and a proposed 110-acre industrial park.
This will mark the second time the latter has been before the commission. On July 23 it was postponed until this week. It involves a request to rezone property on Whie Sulphur Road at Cagle Road from AR-1 to Industrial-1.
And the commission will consider the award of a Task Order with Allied Paving of Pendergrass for the resurfacing of about 30 miles of county roads at a cost of nearly $13 million.
