HCBOC delivers ultimatum to S. Hall developer

The Hall County Board of Commissioners (HCBOC) Thursday night again agreed to postpone a decision, at the developer’s request, on plans for a 314-home subdivision in South Hall, which has generated a lot of opposition from people living near where it would be located.

But this time, in agreeing to place it on the April 23 agenda, the commission told the would-be developer not come back and request another delay – that a decision will be made April 23.

The development would be located in the Gurth/JM Turk/Stanley Road area. The proposal was schedule to be considered by the commission a couple of weeks ago but was postponed until Thursday.
