HCBC to hear plans for 314-home subdivision

Plans for a 314-home subdivision in South Hall that has drawn loud protests from people already living in that area are scheduled to be heard by the Hall County Board of Commissioners (HCBC) Thursday.

The development would be located in the Gurth/JM Turk/Stanley Road area.

The proposal was schedule to be considered by the commission a couple of weeks ago but was postponed until Thursday.

Several other proposed housing developments are also on the agenda.

Thursday’s meeting is a work session and will be held at 3:00 at the Hall County Government Center. (pictured)
