The unemployment rate in Hall County was down three-tenths of a percent in July to 2.7%, the state Labor Department said today. A year ago, it was 3.0%.
The labor force, meanwhile, decreased by 863 over the past month and increased by 636 over the year.
And the county finished the month with 107,667 employed residents. That number decreased by 484 over the month and increased by 917 from the same time a year ago.
