Hall fugitive in custody

Hall County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Gainesville man Tuesday night on warrants from a domestic incident last year. Alejandro Prianti, 23, was taken into custody in the 1100 block of Jesse Jewell Parkway.

HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:

“Prianti had been wanted since May 29, 2023, when deputies obtained warrants for his arrest following the May 27, 2023, evening incident at a residence on Cora Drive. According to the investigation, Prianti physically picked up the female victim, 38, carried her into the residence and prevented her from leaving. He also pushed her onto the couch multiple times, resulting in bleeding to and a broken fingernail on one of her fingers. Additionally, he damaged victim’s cell phone by throwing it against a wall.

He is charged with false imprisonment (felony), battery under the Family Violence Act (misdemeanor) and criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (misdemeanor)

Following this week’s arrest, deputies took Prianti to the Hall County Jail where he remained held without bond Wednesday morning, March 13.”
