Plans are in the works for a 109-acre industrial park in the East Hall area. The Hall County Commission (HCC) is scheduled to hear a request July 23 to rezone the property which is at White Sulphur Road and Cagle Road.

The applicants want the property rezoned from Agriculturial-1 and Light-Industrial to Heavy Industrial. However, it was not immediately known what, if any, specific plans they have for the site.

Also, on the agenda that day is a request to rezone 53 acres on Ben Parks Road near Wade Whelchel from Agricultural Residential-1 and Planned Commercial Development to Agricultural-1. Again, any specific plans for the property were not immediately known
