Hall County is seeking bids from consulting firms for the development of a comprehensive master plan for a park and community center on approximately 200 acres in the southern part of the county.
The primary function of the community center, according to bid documents, will be to serve senior citizens during mornings and early afternoons, with the remainder of the day available for the general public.
“The development of the property will occur in multiple phases, with the community
center and its surrounding amenities as the initial and top-priority phase,” the bid documents state.
It would be located in the 6800 block of Spout Springs Road.
The deadline for submitting bids is August 29.
