A mixed bag of closings and adjustments to operating hours.

“This is a reminder that Hall County’s administrative offices, community centers, courts and recycling center will be closed Friday, Dec. 22 through Monday, Dec. 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday.
The landfill will be open on Friday, Dec. 22, but will be closed Saturday through Monday. Hall County compactor sites will operate during normal business hours on Friday and Saturday, will offer limited hours from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve, and will close for Christmas Day.
Hall County Library Branches will be open Friday, Dec. 22 through Saturday, Dec. 23; however, the North Hall Library Branch, located inside North Hall Community Center, will be closed Saturday, while the Murrayville Branch will offer extended hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All library branches will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26.
The Hall County Animal Shelter will be closed Friday, Dec. 22 and Monday, Dec. 25. The shelter will offer limited hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 23.
The Hall County Government Family Health Center will be closed Saturday, Dec. 23 and Monday, Dec. 25.
Additionally, the Hall County UGA Extension Office on Crescent Drive will be closed Dec. 25.
Essential public safety and public works personnel will continue service as usual during the holiday.
As a reminder, many services are available online, including the renewal of vehicle tags, payment of taxes, and more.”
