Habitat for Humanity of Hall County is permanently close its ReStore Sept. 18.
Officials said Wednesday the decision was “difficult” and expressed appreciation to donors, shoppers, volunteers and supporters who contributed to the store’s operations and, in turn, the Habitat mission.
Habitat officials emphasized that while the ReStore is closing, the organization will continue serving Hall County with a renewed focus on core programs. Those efforts include building affordable homes, offering homeowner and financial education, and expanding its Aging in Place program for seniors.
