ATHENS-CLARKE CO. POLICE NEWS RELEASE:
“On December 29, 2023, the Northeast Georgia Regional Drug Task Force, assisted by ACCPD’s
Gang Unit, Strategic Response Team, and K9 Unit, conducted an operation at a hotel in the 100
block of Old Epps Bridge Road, stemming from an investigation into the trafficking of
Methamphetamine.
As a result of the investigation, Tyler Stalker (40 YOA, Ellijay) and Angela Mosley (43 YOA,
Gainesville) were located at the hotel in possession of almost nine pounds of
Methamphetamine. Additionally, Stalker possessed a .38 caliber revolver.
Stalker and Mosley were both charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine. Stalker was also
charged with Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes and Possession
of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.”
