Bond has been set at $7,150 for a 26-year-old man who was wanted by Gainesville Police and was arrested earlier this week. Llolmi Velasquez also faces a number of charges filed by state Department of Natural Resources (DNR) game wardens.
These are the DNR charges, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office:
*RESTRICTIONS ON OPERATION OF PERSONAL WATERCRAFT (3 counts)
*OPERATING A VESSEL WITHOUT REGISTRATION
*MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSE
*FALSE INFORMATION TO POLICE/GIVING FALSE NAME
These are the Gainesville Police charges and stem from an incident that occurred in June:
*CRIMINAL TRESPASS
*CRUELTY TO CHILDREN 3RD DEGREE
*BATTERY FAMILY VIOLENCE ACT
A DNR spokesman said Friday that agency’s report is not complete when asked for more information. Gainesville Police have been asked for details on their charges but as of late this morning had not responded.
