Gville businesses victimized by thieves; Incident at library leads to public indecency charge

*Legacy Tires & Auto Repair on Dawsonville Highway was the victim of an overnight burglary Wednesday. The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) says an employee told deputies someone broke a window at the back of the business to gain entry. Three impact guns and two vehicle scanners were taken. At this time, no suspects have been identified.

*Meanwhile, Tribe Transportation on Jesse Jewell Parkway is reporting an $81,000 theft. This was reported on Wednesday, according to Gainesville Police. An unidentified employee is suspected, police spokesman Kevin Holbrook said.

*Lt. Holbrook also reports the arrest of Dustin Thomas Sanders, 37, on a public indecency charge in connection with an incident that occurred at the downtown library. He says Sanders was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he was caught masturbating in the library.
