The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) reports that a gun was fired during domestic incident on Magnolia Way Saturday night. A 39-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. He’s been charged with Battery Family Violence Act, Firearm Discharged While Under the Influence, Reckless Conduct, and three misdemeanor counts of Cruelty to Children.
In addition, the sheriff’s office investigated a reported residential burglary Saturday on McConnell Drive. A 32-year-old man was arrested, charged with Burglary Residential Dwelling Felony.
And a 17-year-old has been charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault Firearm and to counts of Reckless Conduct.
Detailed information on each of these is not likely under law enforcement administrative offices reopen Monday following the weekend.
