GSP: Wet road plays a part in N. Hall accident

The state patrol says the accident that tied up rush hour traffic late Friday afternoon during a heavy rain was caused by a motorist traveling too fast for the wet conditions. The GSP released details of the accident, which closed the road into the early evening, Sunday morning.
