Several familiar issues are on the agendas for the April 16 meeting of the Gainesville Mayor and City Council.
The meeting includes a request for a Special Use for a one-acre tract on Washington Street at West Academy. Raven Residential Group plans a condominium development on the site.
That proposed Data Mining Facility on Palmour Drive is also on the agenda as is a Special Events Center on Hospital Drive and a mixed-use development on Jesse Jewell Parkway at Scotland Avenue, site of the former L&K Cafeteria.
