“We are heartbroken to share the tragic loss of Steven Patrick Cullen, just 27 years old, who was taken far too soon in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday morning,” reads the opening to the message announcing the account.

“Steven was more than just a partner, a father, and a friend—he was the foundation of his family. As the sole provider, he worked hard every day to support the people he loved most. He leaves behind his fiancée, Katelyn, and their three beautiful children, who are now facing an unimaginable future without him.

“In an instant, their lives have been turned upside down. Katelyn is now not only grieving the love of her life, but also carrying the weight of figuring out how to move forward and care for their children during this incredibly painful time.

“We are asking for help to ease some of the immediate financial burdens this family is facing. Donations will go toward funeral arrangements and help cover essential living expenses over the next few months as Katelyn and the children begin to navigate life without Steven…”

As of mid-morning, $2,605 of the $5,500 goal had been raised.
