Road and bridge projects in Hall, Banks, and Habersham counties are included in the latest round of contract approvals by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Board of Directors.
The work in Hall and Banks counties, which also includes some in Gwinnett, is expected to be finished by this time next year and includes bridge “rehabilitation” in various parts of each county at a total cost of $896,500.
Meanwhile, the Habersham County work involves improvements at intersections around the county at a cost of four million dollars. Those projects are also expected to be finished a year from now.
