The average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in Hall County decreased eleven cents over the past week to $3.59. Meanwhile, the statewide average is down ten cents to $3.61, and the national average is $4.04, a seven-cent difference.
Most of the decline in prices, AAA, says, can be attributed to the announcement of a two-week ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran. That sent the price for a barrel of crude below $100.
