Plans for a stand-alone convenience store and a strip shopping center are on the agenda for the Aug. 18 meeting of the Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board (GPAB).
Majors Management LLC is requesting the annexation of 2.29 acres at Athens Highway and Monroe Drive for the convenience store.
The shopping center is proposed for one acre at Jesse Jewell Parkway and Crescent Drive.
