A 36-year-old Gainesville man is being held in the Hall County Jail without bond on charges he molested two young teenagers in case city police began investigating more than a month ago. Ivan Mojica Medina is also being held for immigration authorities.
“Mojica Medina did allegedly inappropriately touch a 14- and 15-year-old…with intent to arouse and satisfy his sexual desires,” police spokesman Kevin Holbrook said today. He said police were notified of the allegations on July 9.
“The alleged incidents occurred on multiple occasions at a residence on James Street, the… perpetrator’s home. The children…were touched about the breast area on separate occasions at different times, separate incidents.”
