Gainesville CTAE students top state graduation rate for the program

Gainesville City School System (GCCS) students involved in the CTAE (Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education) program achieved a graduation rate of 99.6 percent, according to the latest data from the state Department of Education (GDOE), surpassing the state’s CTAE rate of 98.24 percent, which is a record high. The Hall County School District (HCSD) rate is 96.9 percent

The CTAE program offers 145 Career Pathways within 17 Career Clusters, providing students with real-world skills and industry credentials. State officials attribute the high graduation rates to the program’s focus on meaningful, relevant learning experiences that prepare students for success in college, careers, and life.
