97.5 Glory FM is the new home in Gainesville for Georgia Tech football. President and General Manager Mike Wofford made the announcement Thursday.
“I am excited to add Georgia Tech football to our sports family at 97.5 GLORY FM,” Wofford said. “There needed to be a local radio station to broadcast their games and I am very glad we had the opportunity to add their games to our schedule. We have a local connection to the team with Lumpkin County’s Cal Faulkner playing for the Yellow Jackets as a wide receiver. I’m looking forward to an exciting season.”
Tech opens this year’s campaign Sept. 3 in Atlanta against Colorado. Pre-game show at 6:00; Kickoff 8:00.
