Habersham County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Friday arrested a pair of White County
aggravated assault and kidnapping suspects during a raid on a house near Cornelia.
Dylan Anthony Forrester, 30, of Clermont, faces charges in Habersham County of
possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, while Ashley Nicole Sosebee, 32, also of
Clermont, faces charges in Habersham of possession of methamphetamine with
intent to distribute and possession of Schedule IV drug.
HABERSHAM CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NEWS RELEASE:
“Forrester had a Taurus 9mm handgun on his person, loaded and with one in the
chamber, when deputies raided the house. He also had a bulletproof vest with ceramic
panels and plates but was not wearing it at the time of his arrest at the home on Homer
Stephens Road,” said Habersham County Sheriff’s Lt. Greg Chastain. Sosebee was in possession of methamphetamine and Clonazepam at the time of her arrest. Homeowner Scott Arrowood also was arrested on a felony probation warrant.
Dylan Forrester also faces charges of kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault
following an Oct. 6 incident in White County, while Sosebee also faces charges of
kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault following the same incident.
Both Forrester and Sosebee were known to the White County victim, who managed to
free herself from her restraints and sought help following the Oct. 6 incident. The pair
has remained at large until their arrest Friday morning.
