‘No kidnapping’

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) said Sunday there was “no kidnapping” associated with a chase and an arrest Saturday despite what the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) reported.

“There was no Kidnapping,” Stacie Miller wrote in an email, while, adding “You will need to reach out to Dawson County on the arrest.”

As of late Sunday night, DCSO had not returned an email requesting clarification and more information.
