The GBI has arrested Jeremy Ron Dundore, 46, of Clarkesville, the former IT director for the City of Cornelia.

Dundore has been charged with two counts of Theft by Deception and one count of First Degree Forgery.

On April 28, Cornelia Police requested the GBI to investigate the theft of funds from the city.

During their investigation, agents determined Dundore was responsible for the theft of more than $95,000, according to the GBI report.
