A Buford woman has been arrested by Flowery Branch Police (FBP) on several charges related to falsely obtaining prescription drugs.
FBP NEWS RELEASE:
“On 06/20/2024, Jennifer King, 40, of Buford Georgia, arrived at Walgreens, 5963 Spout Springs Road, and attempted to obtain a controlled substance using a fictitious prescription.
Flowery Branch Police Officers responded to the location and took King into custody. Jennifer King was charged with criminal attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud.
Further investigation revealed Ms. King was in possession of numerous controlled substance pills that were not in their original container. Additionally, Investigators discovered Ms. King obtained controlled substances by fraud on at least three other dates.
Ms. King was charged with the additional violations on June 25th, 2024.”
