An alleged drug dealer, wanted by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), remains in in jail in Gainesville following his arrest this week in Braselton by Hall County sheriff’s deputies.
Ezekial Gene Millsap, 40, is charged with trafficking in illegal drugs and a “hold” has been placed on him for Gwinnett County authorities.
“The booking information indicates one of our deputies arrested Millsap at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton at 9:03 p.m. Thursday,” sheriff’s office spokeswoman B.J. Willliams said.
“Millsap sold a little over four ounces of fentanyl to undercovers agents between May and June of last year,” a spokesperson for the DEA regional office in Atlanta said. “The case is being prosecuted by the locals in Gwinnett and Hall County.”
