FBPD releases details on drug arrests last week

Flowery Branch Police have released details about a drug raid last week that led to the arrests of two people and the confiscation of three pounds of marijuana.

FLOWERY BRANCH POLICE DEPT. NEWS RELEASE:

“On January 11th, 2024, Officers with the Flowery Branch Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence in the 4800 block of Victoria Court in Flowery Branch. When the officer’s arrived at the location, Jordan Jackson, 27, Buford, attempted to flee from the location on foot but was unsuccessful and quickly apprehended. Kenneth Loving, 27, Flowery Branch, attempted to hide within the residence.

Upon executing the search warrant, officers located nearly three pounds of marijuana, marijuana related consumption material, a firearm, U.S. Currency, and numerous Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) products.

Jordan Jackson and Kenneth Loving were each charged with:

Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer

Possession of a Fire Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes

Possession of Marijuana

Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute

Possession of THC Oil

Possession of THC Oil with Intent to Distribute

Possession of Drug Related Objects”
