FBCC: Residential & industrial development proposals on early May agenda

The agenda for a meeting of the Flowery Branch City Council (FBCC) early next month includes proposals dealing with residential and industrial developments.

One involves annexation of property on Sasser Road where one or the residential developments is proposed.

A second residential proposal is for tracts at 4651 and 4665 Hog Mountain Road where a single-family subdivision is envisioned.

And, lastly, the council will be asked to okay land on McEver Road for “proposed light industrial development.”

The meeting will be held May 7.
