A 29-year-old woman is in the Hall County Jail, charged with concealing a death in the aftermath of a drug overdose death reported to Gainesville Police a few weeks ago.
Khrystal Eileen Borrero is being held in lieu of a $1,430 bond. She’s also charged with hindering a 911 call, according to police spokesman Kevin Holbrook.
“Subject refused to call 911 when they located the dead body of an adult male in regards to an overdose,” Lt. Holbrook wrote in an email, “(and) she took another’s phone who tried to call 911.”
Borrero was arrested Monday.
