Dec. GPAB meeting shaping up to be a busy one

The agenda for the Dec. 14 meeting of the Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board (GPAB) includes requests involving previously announced plans for two mixed-use developments, a car wash, and a motel in the New Holland area.

The mixed-use developments would be constructed at Scotland Avenue and Jesse Jewell Parkway on property that was once home to L&K Cafeteria and in west Gainesville on McEver Road at Gould Drive next to the Free Chapel North Campus.
