If you are planning to vote by absentee ballot in the June 18 General Election Primary runoffs, you have only until Friday to get your request in. That’s the last day you can request one.
Early voting begins next Monday. The runoffs will be held June 18.
Two Hall County races will be on the ballot. Hall County Board of Commissioners Chairman Richard Higgins and challenger David Gibb. They led a three-man race on May 21. The other local race pits Andy Maddox against Tripp Wingate III for the State Court Judgeship vacated by John Breakfield, who ran a successful campaign for the Superior Court Judgeship being giving up by the retiring Kathleen Gosselin.
