A Georgia Lottery player won a million dollars in Monday’s Powerball drawing.
The lucky ticket, bought at Kroger, 378 Marketplace Parkway in Dawsonville, matched all five white-ball numbers. Another ticket that matched four of the five white-ball numbers and the Powerball was worth $50,000, and was purchased online by a Lawrenceville resident.
The winning numbers were 18-26-49-50-54 and 01. The next drawing will be tonight with a jackpot of $716 million.
In addition, a resident of St. Simons Island won $20,000 playing the Elephant King Jackpots Diggi Game on the Georgia Lottery site on Monday.
