Dawson County officials recently found themselves right in the middle of a Wisconsin state legislative election, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and einpresswire.com.
At issue is one candidate’s claims that the other candidate owns a lakeside house in the county and that she and her husband have been “double-dipping” when it comes to claiming homestead and senior citizen tax exemptions by filing claims in both Wisconsin and Georgia.
