A Cumming woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal accident in Banks County earlier this week.
GEORGIA STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:
“On June 12th, 2024, at 3:05pm, Troopers from Post 6 Gainesville responded toa two-vehicle crash on GA 15 at Webbs Creek Road, in Banks County.
A Ford Escape was crossing GA 51 from Webbs Creek Road to travel on GA 164, but the driver failed to yield after stopping at the stop sign.
A Lexus NX traveling north on GA 15 struck the driver’s side of the Escape, causing the Escape to overturn.
The driver of the Ford Escape identified as Mrs. Natalie Ann Longley (67 years old from Cumming), was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased. The driver and passenger of the Lexus were transported to a local hospital for their injuries.”
