An attorney from Cumming remains in the Hall County Jail charged with probation violation for failing to register as a sex offender.
“He turned himself in at our jail on Tuesday afternoon,” sheriff’s office spokesman Derrick Booth said Thursdy “The warrant was from the State Board of Pardons and Paroles for felony parole violation.”
According to various media reports, Parsons’ legal troubles began four years ago when he was arrested following a sting in New Jersey targeting adults who were allegedly seeking sex with minors they wee contacting online.
