Contracts totaling $1.4 million for repairs at the courthouse and paving lot at Chicopee Agricultural Centr are on the agenda for Monday’s Hall County Commission (HCC) work session.
The board will be asked to okay a $551,000 contract with National Building Contractors of Conyers for facade repair at the courthouse.
Separately, approval of a $849,740 contract for parking lot improvements at the ag center is also on the agenda. The work would be done by another Conyers firm, Pittman Construction.
The commission meets at 3:00 at the county government center.
