The Hall County Tax Commissioner’s Office has secured just over $124,000 in delinquent personal property taxes from Aeon Clinical Laboratories after the company closed its Aeon Global Health facility in Centennial Industrial Park.
Officials said the collection, which included a current‑year jeopardy assessment, resolved four years of unpaid taxes. County staff safeguarded about $2.2 million in equipment during the levy process, and a Superior Court restraining order ensured the property remained protected.
Tax Commissioner Darla Eden said Monday the actions resulted in full payment of all outstanding taxes and fees, securing revenue that supports schools and county operations.
