Cleveland places moratorium on any new CBD, vape shops

The Cleveland City Council has imposed a moratorium on any new Cannabidiol (CBD) stores and vape shops in the city.  This action followed public hearings Monday night, according to WRWH. The CBD moratorium will be in place for a year and the one for vape shops is scheduled to last six months.

City Administrator Kevin Harris (pictured) told the council the city is currently conducting an overhaul of the land use and zoning regulations and what the moratoriums will do is allow time for detailed review of these stores the potential impact of any planned ordnances.
