Clermont Town Council will hold a meeting early next month and the subject will be data centers.
It will be a work session at which council members will discuss a proposed Data Center Regulation Ordinance.
The meeting will be at Clermont Town Hall.
Meantime, a public pressure mounts against data centers around the state one of the latest developments came out of Paulding County this week.
People there have been packing county commission meetings to lay out their concerns over the building of what the county is calling technology park overlay districts. They want the county to think things through before approving projects that could drastically change neighborhoods.
