Cleanup is underway across Hall County following a brief but strong thunderstorm that hit about 2:30 this afternoon.
“We are currently working seven (7) incidents believed to be storm related including trees and power lines down,” Hall County Emergency Management and Homeland Security Director Zach Brackett said shortly after 3:00. “There is not a specific area that was affected and the incidents are scattered throughout the county.”
Brackett said the National Weather Service (NWS) did not issue any watches or warnings prior to the storm.
