Flowery Branch police arrested a Flowery Branch woman Wednesday after she reportedly fled from an attempted traffic stop and was later found with an infant and THC vape products in her vehicle.
An officer patrolling Hog Mountain Road attempted to stop a vehicle driven by Nina Viditchi, 25. Police said Viditchi was driving recklessly, weaving between vehicles at a high speed on wet roads. When the officer activated emergency lights, she continued driving and traveled to an apartment complex on Overbrook Drive.
Viditchi stopped once she reached the complex and was detained. Officers said an adult male passenger and an infant were also inside the vehicle. During the investigation, police reported finding THC vape products in Viditchi’s possession.
She was charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless conduct, failure to use required safety belts, driving too fast for conditions, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic‑control devices, failure to maintain lane, failure to update her license address and possession and use of drug‑related objects.
