The son of a man and woman who were shot and killed at their home in Barrow County last week has now been charged with murdering them.
Sheriff Judd Smith said Wednesday Cody Donavon Jones, 35, is recovering at an undisclosed hospital under police guard. He also was shot but it still not clear how that happened, according to Sheriff Smith.
Killed at their Kendall Park Drive home last Thursday were Susan Arvold, 66, and Michael Arvold, 64.
