A 53-year-old man remained in the Hall County Jail late Monday afternoon after police say he was arrested on burglary and loitering or prowling charges over the weekend.
Gainesville Police spokesman Kevin Holbrook says Jeremy Christopher Rahn “was caught at Cresswind Marina allegedly taking items from boats and was arrested without incident on scene.”
Rahn was booked into the county jail about 4:00 Saturday afternoon. He is being held without bond on the burglary charge.
