The Saturday occurred during a botched armed robbery, according to Gwinnett investigators. The deceased individual has been identified as 23-year-old Marvin Wiley from Atlanta. Detectives determined that Wiley was one of the suspects involved in the robbery. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
In addition, they have obtained arrest warrants for E’imod Sanchez Toboris Taylor, who was wounded. Taylor is currently in custody and has been charged with felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain felonies.
The third victim is Ortagus Bennett, who is currently hospitalized in stable condition.

Gwinnett police continue to search for the gunman in a triple shooting in Buford Saturday that left one man dead. It happened near Laurel Crossing Parkway.
Detectives said three people were shot, and one of them died at the scene. Officers spent the day processing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and canvassing the surrounding area for anyone who may have seen or heard the gunfire. The name of the man who died still had not be released as of early Sunday.
